Emergency & Critical Care Assistant
Stephanie grew up in Bucks County, where she began her journey in veterinary medicine while pursuing a degree in counseling psychology. Over four years, she worked at a general practice, starting as a kennel attendant and taking on various roles, including grooming assistant, receptionist, weekend/night shift manager, and technician assistant. While continuing her career in psychology, Stephanie was presented with an unexpected opportunity to work as a surgery assistant at an emergency animal hospital. She embraced the challenge and never looked back.
Currently, Stephanie works at PASE as an emergency veterinary assistant, where she finds immense fulfillment in helping animals transition from pain and fear to trust and comfort. Her own rescue cat, Shaun, holds a special place in her heart. Once a shy and quiet cat hiding in the corner, Shaun decided he was safe in her lap, and theyβve been inseparable ever since. At home, Stephanie and Shaun enjoy dancing to music, watching movies, and spending time together while she reads or plays video games. Stephanie is passionate about continuing her education and plans to return to school to become a certified veterinary technician, driven by her love for animals and commitment to their care.
