Rebecca grew up just south of Philadelphia in Newark, Delaware. Throughout her childhood, she spent her days playing soccer, bonding with her family, and cultivating her passion for animals. Her love for animals blossomed long before she learned to walk, as her family was always surrounded by pets, especially dogs and cats. Her grandmother, known in their community for being a safe haven for stray animals—ranging from dogs, cats, squirrels, and birds—had a profound impact on her young heart. Now, as an adult, Rebecca is seldom seen without a furry friend cuddled in her lap, showering them with warmth and affection.

With over 20 years of experience in the veterinary profession, Rebecca began her career as an assistant and worked her way up through a combination of education and hands-on experience to the role of technician. Her primary focus has been on surgical procedures and providing specialized care to anxious patients in a clinical setting. In her most recent five years, she honed her expertise in Ophthalmology, contributing significantly to the introduction of this new services at two different veterinary hospitals. As one of the inaugural team members at PASE, she initially served as the Ophthalmology Technician. Recognizing the organization's growth, she soon took on the challenge of a RRM manager when the position became available. Additionally, she embraced the role of Marketing Manager at PASE, enrolling in marketing and management courses at a nearby university to enhance her skills.

Outside of her professional endeavors and educational pursuits, Rebecca loves visiting her family in Delaware and relishing quality moments with her husband and their two rescue dogs, Piglet and Roo. A passionate traveler, she enjoys discovering new places, scuba diving, and diving into different cultures. Whenever she finds herself feeling stressed or bored, you can find her in the kitchen, baking delicious treats!
