Marcus Ramos

Marcus Ramos

Internal Medicine Assistant

Marcus was born and raised in North Philadelphia. His fondness for the city lies in its unique culture and attitude, which cannot be replicated elsewhere. In 2021, Marcus embarked on a journey with ACCT Philly, an organization dedicated to caring for abandoned and unwanted animals. It was during this time that he discovered his true calling in working with animals. Marcus finds great joy in tending to pets with behavioral issues and being a part of their overall healthcare journey. He strives to ensure that pet owners fully grasp the situation at hand and always have a reliable source for any questions or concerns that may arise. When not immersed in his work, Marcus can be spotted at the gym engaging in boxing or various fitness activities. Alternatively, he enjoys spending quality time at home with his two beloved French Bulldogs and three reptile companions. Kobe, Marcus's first Frenchie, was acquired during his tenure at ACCT, while Yoda was a gift from a friend who recognized Marcus's ability to offer vital support on the healthcare front. As for his reptiles, he cares for two geckos named Cleo and Leon, along with a ball python named Chepe.
